The heart weekend

This workshop first ensures that the mind is in balance so that you can become aware of the communication from the heart to the head, a communication that is many times stronger than the other way around.

With both hemispheres of your brain synchronized, the knowledge wisdom from your heart comes through much more clearly and you are able to figure out why you are here, what you came to do, etc. You will be provided with various tools for this.

The Heart Soul Essence Weekend is about your Universal journey. It’s about the bigger picture of life and the nature of our reality.

The explanation of the Universal model is introduced and goes far beyond what you can imagine and will bring back old memories.

Besides many insights into the place of Humanity in this Universe, the Heart Weekend also offers practical exercises to experience your own essence at different levels within this existence.
