The Heart Soul Essence Workshop is about your Universal journey. It’s about the bigger picture of life and the nature of our reality.

How is the workshop structured?

  • The explanation of the Universal model is introduced and goes far beyond what you can imagine and will bring back old memories;
  • You will be given a powerful exploration of life’s bigger picture and the true nature of reality, including: who we are, where we come from, what we are doing here and where we are headed;
  • Besides many insights into the place of Humanity in this Universe, the workshop also offers practical exercises to experience your own essence at different levels within this existence, so you can discover and verify all of the above for yourself; 
  • You have the opportunity to experience and intensify your connection with your Total Self and Heart Soul Essence.


This 1-day workshop unfolds within a small group setting, allowing you the time and space to deeply engage and ask questions if necessary. 

After this workshop you will have:

After the workshop, you’ll receive an audio recording of an exercise so you can continue to use it to explore on your own.
